KIDS SUMMER CAMP

This camp is for kids ages 7–14, from complete beginners to experienced martial artists. It’s open to SoJiuJitsu members and non-members. We keep the instruction fun, active, and easy to follow, with lots of movement and less sitting around.

From arts and crafts to themed activities, kids get creative time to reset and express themselves, giving the perfect balance between structure and fun.

ABOUT THE CAMP

Keep your kids active, confident, and smiling all week long. Our SoJiuJitsu Summer Camp mixes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training with outdoor games, team-building challenges, and creative activities in a safe and structured environment.

  • Age-appropriate Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals, drills, and movement games.

  • Creative projects mixed into the week for balance and fun.

  • Park-style games, challenges, and adventures to keep them moving.

Daily Schedule

9:00 AM - 9:30 AM – Drop-off & Warm-Up Games

9:30 AM - 10:30 AM – BJJ Class 1 (Fundamentals & Drills)

10:30 AM - 10:45 AM – Snack Break

10:45 AM - 12:15 PM – Interactive Activity

12:15 PM - 1:00 PM – Lunch Break

1:00 PM - 1:30 PM – Light Movement & Stretching

1:30 PM - 2:30 PM – BJJ Class 2 (Techniques & Rolling)

2:30 PM - 2:45 PM – Snack Break

2:45 PM - 3:30 PM – Fun Strength & Agility Games

3:30 PM - 4:15 PM – Problem-Solving Activities (Obstacle Course)

4:15 PM - 4:45 PM – Arts & Crafts and Cool-Down

4:45 PM - 5:00 PM – Pick-Up

  • No. The camp is open to everyone ages 7–14, even if they’re not currently in classes.

  • Yes. Early pick-up is available starting at 4:30 PM.

  • Please make sure your child brings:

    • Lunch and Snack

    • Shorts and rashguard (for No-Gi sessions)

    • A water bottle

    • Flip flops (to wear off the mats)
